Bullseye at the NMBS Show

The team enjoyed a busy day at the NMBS Show in the Ricoh Arena, Coventry. The one day event on the 16^th April saw over 600 merchants attend to meet with suppliers from across the country.

Emma Hart, Sales Team Leader, Mark Holliday, Area Sales Manager for West Midlands and North Wales and Kris Brentnall, Area Sales Manager for East Midlands exhibited on the Hambleside Danelaw stand, taking orders and hosting the dart competition. Many merchants tried their luck at getting a bullseye, paying a pound to charity for each dart.

Dave Dixon of Oxon Fastening Systems Ltd paid £5 for 5 darts, and proceeded to get a bullseye on the fifth dart. He was the first to score a bullseye, followed by Tim Allen, Chairman of NMBS and Simon Denton from Bosch, a fellow supplier. We raised £68.00 for our chosen charity, Cancer Research UK.

The event was also a great opportunity to see old faces, and meet new. With over 200 exhibitors, the show remains the ideal time to network with members and fellow suppliers of the NMBS.

The main product on show was our Interlocking Dry Verge, the new, robust and design led product that is quick and easy to install and maintenance free.  Interlocking dry verge is universal for most tile types and provides cost effective robust weatherproofing to the roof edge together with improved mechanical fixing of the verge tiles and creates a visual straight line appearance.
