On a sunny but very cold day with little wind, 32 members of Earlston Golf Club travelled to Goswick on Sunday 6th March to play the Hambleside Danelaw Wallace Cup, the oldest trophy in the club dating back to 1906.
The winner was Mike Lemmon, Area Sales Manager at Hambleside Danelaw, with 39 stableford points, Runner-Up Lee Manderson 36 points, Longest Drive was Barry Nelson. Nearest the pin in one Ronnie Turner, and nearest pin in two was Rodger Whiteford. Earlston Golf Club thanked Mike Lemmon & Hambleside Danelaw for the generous sponsorship of the event.
