Fast Flash®

Fast Flash® is an environmentally friendly, lead-free flexible roof flashing that is simple to install on multiple applications and common roof coverings. No specialist tools are required, and the material is extremely flexible, malleable and easily workable by hand. Backed with a 10 year guarantee, it can be installed on roofs with a slope of a minimum 5^o pitch. The guarantee can be extended to 20 years with the application of Flash Seal.

Materials

Fast Flash® is a composite consisting of an aluminium grid, embedded in an environmentally friendly polymer rubber. The composite has great stretching ability and can be increased by 60% in length and 20% in width.  Hambleside Danelaw’s flexible roof flashing comes in four sizes which can be viewed below.
